Chelsea had always been the black sheep in her family. The one who doesn’t follow the norm, who’d rather push boundaries than blindly accept the status quo: constantly curious, constantly questioning. During that time, her family instilled in her the qualities of kindness, compassion, and making sure everyone feels like they belong: this now forms the core of BTO’s values. Making people feel included. Never dismissing crazy ideas, but encouraging them - and breaking the rulebook to make them a reality.
From a childhood spent dreaming up tiny ventures to a marketing career in the corporate world, Chelsea has always chased creativity wherever it called. And it’s taken her far, from planning new build Grand Openings across Arizona to soaring the skies as a flight attendant. It was in the clouds, quite literally, that her perspective shifted. Meeting thousands of people from every corner of the world, different cultures, personalities, languages, and life stories, she began to see how beautifully unique each person is. It cemented a belief: that weddings should never be one-size-fits-all. They should be as layered, personal, and expressive as the people at the heart of them.
What began as a one-woman show in Phoenix, Arizona, is now a full creative team managing 40+ weddings a year. Today, Chelsea leads BTO’s vision - refining creative direction, and delivering bold ideas that push the industry forward. You’ll feel her imprint in everything BTO delivers: a culture of care, a dedication to detail, and an unwavering belief that everyone should be heard.

Meet the Team
Jenny has always been the planner in the room, sharp, dependable, and quietly ten steps ahead. With a background in large-scale corporate events and an intuitive gift for storytelling through design, she strikes the perfect balance between meticulous organization and meaningful, memory-rich moments.
Jenny was drawn to the human side of BTO, as making sure all feel welcome is at the heart of her work. Like the time she designed a palette around the Seven Spices of Israel, creating a wedding so personal it made the bride’s family cry. It’s this blend of creativity and empathy that makes her a visionary in disguise, always uncovering details that others miss.
Despite her love of romance, you can also find Jenny at the racetrack on weekends, drifting cars with her boyfriend, scouring vintage stores for unique finds, or out in the wilderness with her rescue dog, Ollie. A self-professed tomboy outside of work, Jenny finds joy exploring both sides of life.

Madison keeps a fully prepped binder for every wedding; timelines, contracts, seating charts, everything a vendor could need on the day. Her emergency kit is legendary, and her organization is always next-level. Her mindset is simple: “If anything happens, I’m ready.”
But don’t mistake the structure for stiffness. Once the checklist is done, Madison’s the one making everyone laugh. Her humour and love of fashion and interiors bring a creative, visionary spark to her planning - she sees what could be, not just what’s there.
She’s a fierce planner, no doubt. But she’s also the one you call for happy hour, spontaneous nights out, and stories that start with “you had to be there.”

Madison
Tatum is our planner and digital voice of BTO. Bringing a unique Gen-Z mindset, she’s the first to jump at any wild idea to say ‘yes, we can do that’, constantly finding new inspiration for future weddings and never settling for ‘safe’ or ‘tried-and-tested’ designs.
Tatum is one of our wedding planners, but she also leads our social media and email marketing, keeping us closely connected to the couples we serve and constantly tuned in to what they’re dreaming of, asking for, and inspired by.
Tatum brings warmth, calm, and connection to every space she walks into - it’s what makes her a perfect Phoenix wedding planner. Despite this, she’s an introvert at heart: you’ll find she spends weekends lounging in the Arizona sun, relaxing by the pool with a paperback, striving to understand the world around her. Yet Tatum thrives on wedding days, bringing tranquility to chaos and clarity to confusion: a natural problem-solver, even under pressure, she constantly puts the couple first. Anything that might help them, she’s already done it.
