    • Schedule and attend meetings with service providers as needed

    • Review proposals and contract terms

    • Research hotel accommodation options and contract group room blocks for out of town guests

    • Provide referrals and resources for attire and accessories

    • Distribute payments and gratuities as needed

    • Consult and collaborate with you to determine your personal wedding style, collect design inspiration, and create the color palette

    • Create a 30+ page Design Guide that covers every aesthetic detail of your wedding, including stationery, attire, floral, linens, furniture, rentals, and décor to match your design concept

    • Create a floor plan based on design concepts and number of guests

    • Source and contract your creative design team including: floral design and production, rentals and décor, and event lighting

    • Select florals, linens, accessories, furniture, and décor to match your

      design concept

    • Plan lighting effects and fixtures for ambient and focal lighting

    • Attend meetings with florist, décor, and/or production companies

    • Assist in the selection of the stationery designer that best meets your style

    • Collaborate with your designer for your save the dates, invitations, wedding programs, itineraries, menus, escort cards, thank you notes, and all additional stationery details as needed

    • Consult with your venue about rules, regulations, and guidelines for décor, special effects, and event production

    • Act as the point of contact for all venue and catering related items

    • Attend menu selection with you and the Catering Manager

    • Plan and attend a final details walk-through with the venue and your creative partners to make sure there are no surprises during your event

    • Our signature planning checklist

    • A precise timeline tool that allows us to build you a minute-to-minute schedule for the entire weekend

    • A drag-and-drop guest list/table assignment manager

    • A contact page to track every vendor along with their contracts, invoices, and due dates
