When Bravo’s Real Housewives of Beverly Hills traveled to Arizona for their iconic Sedona Trip, the production team chose The Little Daisy as the backdrop — and entrusted Black Tie Optional with planning and designing the experience.
Set on the rooftop of The Little Daisy, overlooking historic Jerome with distant views of the Sedona red rocks, this intimate dinner became one of the most visually striking moments of the trip.
From concept to execution, Black Tie Optional served as the planning and design team behind the entire experience — crafting a setting rooted in healing, intention, and Sedona’s unmistakable energy.
Rather than leaning into excess, we embraced restraint:
- A neutral palette of beige, cream, stone, and sand
- Organic textures that mirrored the surrounding desert landscape
- Design choices that felt soulful, intentional, and quietly powerful
The Inspiration: Healing, Intention & the Spirit of Sedona
The goal wasn’t just to impress on camera — it was to create an experience that felt meaningful to the women sitting at the table.
Crystals, Candlelight & Conscious Design
At the heart of the tablescape was an extraordinary crystal installation featuring over $50,000 in crystals sourced from Sedona Crystal Vortex. Each stone was selected for both its visual presence and energetic significance, transforming the table into a true focal point.
The rooftop was bathed in romantic, layered candlelight by Vogue Candles, allowing the space to transition effortlessly from golden hour to night — cinematic, intimate, and perfectly suited for television.
Intimate, Handcrafted Details
With just eight Housewives in attendance, every element was designed to feel personal.
Each place setting featured a custom engraved napkin ring, hand-dyed by Chelsea Gaytan using coffee to achieve a soft, organic patina that complemented the neutral palette. No shortcuts — just thoughtful craftsmanship and intentional detail.
A Nature-Inspired Cocktail Experience
Signature offerings included:
- Grounded Goddess – tequila, grapefruit, rosemary; herbaceous, energizing, and refined
- Clarity – vodka, white grape, elderflower, honey; lightly floral with a sweet-tart balance
Both were available as mocktails, ensuring the experience felt inclusive and elevated for every guest.
Crystal Intention-Setting Moment
To deepen the experience, Black Tie Optional curated a crystal intention-setting ritual for the Housewives.
Each custom menu included a dedicated page outlining the healing properties of the crystals placed along the table, inviting guests to choose a stone that resonated most closely with their personal healing journey.
Whether or not this moment ultimately airs, it was designed to reflect Sedona’s soul — not just its scenery.

The RHOBH Social Weekend is a hosted, intentionally curated weekend at The Daisy for guests who want the experience and the setting - but don’t need the entire estate to themselves.
