Kayla + Eron

Kayla and Eron met and fell in love in Arizona. Despite having since moved across country to Maine, they knew they wanted to say “I Do” in sunny Paradise Valley! When they contacted us about Full Wedding Planning and Design services, it was because they knew it was unrealistic for them to execute the wedding of their dreams from afar. They own and operate an oral surgery office, PLUS have a toddler, so spare time to focus on wedding planning was essentially non-existent. When we first spoke, we dove into their vision for their big day; they described a day filled with laughter, sunshine, drop-dead gorgeous views, and a floral explosion! Kayla’s number one priority to show-stopping florals, while Eron’s biggest ask was to have everyone in one place all weekend long (their friends and family were gathering to celebrate from all over the world, so they wanted to maximize their time together!). For those reasons, we decided to show them the Omni Resort at Montelucia in Scottsdale, AZ and they were instantly in love. The combination of old-world charm with cutting-edge amenities, plus the stunning views of Camelback Mountain, were exactly the wow-factor they were looking for. From a design perspective, they knew they wanted it to be a black tie affair, and even opted to have their guests dress in all black! We went for a classic, elegant, upscale style. We of coursed splurged on epic floral installations by Lena’s Events (still drooling over that incredible arch by the Spanish Doors!), and used a black/white/gold motif for their reception tablescape. Their wedding website, stationery, and signage were all custom design by our team, and stayed true to the black and white theme. The cherry on top was the gold cold spark tunnel we used for their Grand Exit at the end of the night. Kayla and Eron’s big day can best be described as just that - GRAND!
