This extraordinary couple voiced from Day 1 of planning that they both had large families who expected a huge celebration, but that they were more inclined to have a private, more intimate affair. We helped them to realize that they could have their cake and eat it, too! We helped them to plan an effortlessly beautiful ceremony up in Sedona with less than 50 of their nearest and dearest. The ceremony was held on Friday and the couple and their guests actually hiked back towards Cathedral Rock to have their microwedding amongst the red rocks. Two days later, the big party took place! A lavish, monochromatic reception at The Arizona Biltmore welcomed ALL of their friends and family to celebrate their union as well as ring in the New Year together! This is where we really got to play with design - infusing dark and playful uses of black and gold with a more modern twist of a classic floral color palette. This is one NYE we will never forget!
